• Take the Throgs Neck Bridge to the Long Island Expressway (495) East.
• Exit at #59 (Ocean Ave.).
• Bear right on the Expressway Service Road and turn right (south) onto Ocean Avenue (south).
• Continue South at the major intersection of Veteran’s Highway (454). (You will see the Airport Diner on the southeast corner and a motel on the southwest corner.)
  Here “Ocean” Avenue is renamed Lakeland Avenue (Rte 93).
• Continue going South on (Ocean) Lakeland Avenue, through the Sunrise Highway (Rte. 27) underpass, and cross over the train tracks at the Sayville Train Station. Here “Lakeland” Avenue is renamed Railroad Avenue.
• Continue south past the railroad station and make a right turn (west) onto Main Street in Sayville.
• Head west through Sayville until you come to the West Sayville Fire Station on the southside of Main Street. (You will notice a flashing amber light.)
• Syntax is across from the Firehouse on the north side of the street at #93 Main Street (a historic, white 2-story house on the corner of Main St. and Tyler Avenue).

• Take the Long Island Expressway (495) west to Exit 59 (Ocean Ave.). Head south and continue from directions above.
• Take Sunrise Hwy. (Rte. 27) west to Exit 49 (Lakeland Ave.). Head south to Main Street. Continue from above.

For Parking
Proceed to the traffic light at the intersection on Main St. and Tyler Ave. Turn right (north) at the traffic light onto Tyler Avenue. You will see a driveway entrance on your right. Parking is behind the Syntax building.
